He has spearheaded the growth of our business, expanding from a flagship store in Mathikere to seven branches across North Bangalore. Naresh is known for his passion, leadership, and commitment to exemplary customer service. He believes in diversity and employs people from various backgrounds and genders. Under his guidance, our company has achieved consistent growth of over 15% year-on-year. Naresh is always eager for new growth opportunities, whether it's launching a new product or expanding our business further. Manjula Devi, our Co-Founder, is a Science graduate with over 13 years of IT experience. She transitioned from an employee to an employer to pursue her passion in the glamor industry. At Make Over Studio, she serves as the Creative Director of Bridal Styling. Manjula is a UK and USA Licensed Makeup Artist with vast experience and has styled numerous celebrities in the South. Her passion for learning has led to the launch of new products and services within our studio, enriching our salon business. Alongside Naresh Kumar, she recently launched our academy at the flagship store, helping individuals hone their skills and turn their passion into a career. Manjula is dedicated to service excellence, ensuring that every client receives the best possible experience.
